I did not receive my new onboarding email with my new credentials, or I do not know my new onboarding credentials
Please go back to Login Home and click "Forgotten ID/Password?" link on the page, Input your company email that is associated with our records and we will email your onboarding credentials. If you do not receive the emailed credentials, please reach out to CHAMPION.Help@HostHotels.com and we will review.
I have received my onboarding credentials, but I do not know how to complete my onboarding process

My username and password were previously working, but is now no longer working
Chances are your password has expired and you need to update/create a new password for your account. To do this:
- Click this link: Https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Enter your Host issued Microsoft Online email (Username@Champion.HostMarriott.com)
- Enter your current password
- If your password has expired, you will then be prompted to re-enter your current password and then create and confirm a new password.
- Once you complete this, you can now use your newly created password to login to CHAMPION by logging back in to Https://Champion.HostHotels.com
I tried the above and I was able to log into my Microsoft account without it requiring me to create a new password, but I still cannot log into CHAMPION
If you were able to do the above without resetting your password and have tried again to log into CHAMPION (Https://Champion.Hosthotels.com) with your username and password and are still unable to login, please contact CHAMPION Help Desk at CHAMPION.Help@HostHotels.com and we will look into your issue.

I've forgotten my password and need it reset
- Click this link: Https://login.microsoftonline.com
- Enter your Host issued Microsoft Online email (Username@Champion.HostMarriott.com)
- Click "Forgot My Password"
- Complete the verification and select "Text My Mobile Phone"
- Enter your phone number in the box provided and click "Text"
- Enter the code texted to your phone into the box and click "Next"
- Create and confirm your new password and safely store it
- Click "Finish"
- Once you complete this, you can now use your newly created password to login to CHAMPION by logging back in to Https://Champion.HostHotels.com
I have a new cell phone number or email address that is different to what Host Hotels has on file for my account. How do I get this updated?
If you have other vendors at your company that currently have access to CHAMPION, they are able to click "User Request" on the left-hand side personal navigation once logged into CHAMPION and submit a request on behalf of you to adjust your email address or phone number. Once approved, you will be notified and emailed a new onboarding email with credentials that match your new number and/or email address. If you do not have any other vendors at your company that currently have access to CHAMPION, you may email CHAMPION.Help@HostHotels.com and we will review your request to make the necessary changes for you.
I recently upgraded my phone/device and now when I try to log into CHAMPION, my phone is not receiving the RSA authentication to approve.
If you've recently upgraded your phone/device, you need to remove your old device from our system and add the new one. Please follow this document with the steps on how to remove your old device and add your new device.
